Once our products have left our premises and been opened or used, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products, as well as the health and safety of our customers.

We understand that satisfaction is important to our clients, and we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, due to the personal nature of our offerings and in accordance with health regulations, we must adhere to this policy without exception.
